Site Migration
We’re sorry to see you go but also want to help your site transition smoothly.
For clients who have fulfilled their agreement in terms of length and/or sum of payments made, we dedicate your final paid month to helping your website migrate smoothly to its new home. There are a few aspects to migrating your site so we do our best to help walk you through your part while taking care of the involved processes on our end.
NOTES
For clients who do not require site migration, we can provide a full backup of your website at no additional costs. This backup can be given to your new web team to then set up on a new host.
SERVER OPTIONS
Sign up for a VPS hosting solution with at least 2 CPUs. Have your host, or IT person, setup a WordPress environment and provide us with login credentials.
NOTES
GoDaddy is a decent consumer option for a low price. They also provide support when things come up.
SECURITY PROVIDER
We recommend that you protect your website from attacks with a firewall solution.
NOTES
Sucuri is provides a high level of website security for a very reasonable cost to protect your investment.
SOFTWARE UPDATES
Your site is a living ecosystem of softwares working together to provide end-users with one seamless experience. In order to maintain compatibility, compliance, and protection against cyberattacks, have a team member regularly log in to your WordPress dashboard to keep all software up to date. We recommend checking and updating Plugins, Themes, and WordPress versions once per week.
NOTES
We find it works best to set a weekly reminder in your digital calendar to log in and update software. Create full server backups before attempting updates in case of incompatibility.
SERVICE REQUESTS
We’re still here for you. However, we do have to give priority to clients that currently hold active plans. As always, email create@agencyannex.com with all task requests to get started.

Update requests will be billed at $175/hour and given an estimated completion date before accepting payment.
