How do I submit items toward my dedicated hours?
The best way to submit a feature or design requests is to email create@agencyannex.com with your company name and the word request in the subject line.
Am I tied into any long term contracts?
Our contracts are in 12 month intervals.
Are there any cancellation fees?
All plans require a minimum 12-month commitment. After 12 months, you may cancel anytime with the understanding that one additional month will be charged in order to provide site backups, if requested. If plans are canceled within the first 12 months, the balance of the sum of 12 months of payments is still required.
